Precision Drilling and Vertical Milling performed on our Bridgeport Mills. We have 6 Bridgeports, all with Digital Readouts and power feeds, 3 of which have 3 axis CNC capabilities. We offer:

We mostly work with smaller intricate parts made of mild and tool steels to your print.

Drilling Capabilities 1/32″ – 2″ with tolerances of ±.001 size and location

Tapping 2-56 through 3/4″ and metric

Vertical Milling: Steps, Slots, Pockets using 1/32 – 1-3/4″ End Mills, CNC Repeatability and Profiling

Horizontal Milling: Heavy Stock Removal

With our CNC capabilities and fixturing we are able to machine steps and pockets finished, holding ±.001 on x, Y, and Z dimensions up to 30 pieces at a time.
